About the Event
On July 27th, we have the privilege of partnering with Madison Heights Elementary School to have a back-to-school bash for local elementary students in our community! We need your help to pull this off, whether you're helping with our inflatables team, our face-painting team, or just building relationships with the students and their families as they come through the event.
Needed Items (As of 6/29/25)
In addition to serving on the day of the event, you can also help by donating supplies for the students. Below is a list of the items that we need. This list will be updated each Sunday as more supplies come in.
- 550 marbled composition notebooks
- 200 spiral notebooks
- 100 pencil pouches with zipper
- 400 boxes sharpened pencils (Ticonderoga works best)
- 100 4-count packs of yellow highlighters
- 200 Fiskar scissors (child/safety scissors)
- 60 “pink-pearl” style erasers
- 275 pocket folders (blue, yellow, red)
- 450 boxes of tissues
- 150 packs of disinfectant wipes
- 350 boxes of 24-count Crayola crayons
- 230 4-packs of black dry-erase markers
- 2000 2-pack Elmers glue sticks
- 200 boxes of Ziploc bags (Gallon, sandwich, or quart)
- 75 plastic pencil boxes
- 25 blue 1 in binders
- 25 green 1 in binders
- 25 packs of 10-count Crayola markers
- 25 boxes of Crayola colored pencils
- 50 packs of 5 tab dividers
